Greatly enjoyed our stay, it's good value. Wanted to explore Cancun and this hotel was vacation base for doing it.

the value for money was exceptional. With fierce competition in the area, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices offered here. Secondly, the staff were amazing; always friendly and willing to help. Their attention to detail and service truly made me feel welcome. Lastly, the location was perfect. I could easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant ambiance of the area.

The only minor improvement would be hotter water in the showers.

Our room was comfy and spacious, with a really nice shower and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies. the hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to all the main attractions. the buffet area had a really nice variety of food to choose from and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

the noise from the buffet music and construction was really disruptive, which made it difficult to catch up on sleep. Finally, there were a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the room and towels.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location and easily accessible. The room is spacious and equipped with a large bathtub. The bathroom is clean and the shower is good. Although the walls between rooms are thin, it's still a reasonable place to spend a night.

The noise level in the room is uncomfortable and can be disruptive during the night.
